5 steps. The only prerequisites are dedication and motivation.
First things first- you have to get a tutor. If you’ve had a tutor all semester and you’re still failing, it’s time to try a new one, or add another. If you don’t have time to put it on your schedule, do walk-ins.
Second– go to your professors’ office hours- they have them for a reason. There’s no reason to be shy either, because they will most likely be happy that you’re showing initiative.
Third– contact your classmates and friends about any questions you have. 9/10 of the time, they’re scared too, so just initiate conversation.
Fourth– review the living crap out of your notes, past exams, and any study materials the professor has given you. Write down any questions and bring them to your first, second, and third tip’s meetings.
Fifth– don’t give up, and don’t let your scaredness get in the way of your studying.
