Health concerns are very scary. I would argue that they're even scarier, or at least harder to cope with, when you have panic disorder.
It's like I know what to do but I just can't do it. It reminds me of Kylo Ren in Star Wars.
As cliche as it is, it's 2020 and I'm sick of having this dark cloud and fear attached to me even when I'm supposed to be happy.
